Sync Licensing Contract Clauses and Subtleties Discussion With Guest Speaker Matt Slivka

In this brief video excerpt, we hear Matt discuss Perpetuity clauses, Contract Reversion, and other (sometimes sneaky) contract clauses to be sure to pay attention to. One of our TEAM colleagues explains how he has some songs in contracts that had a limited 30-day window to take advantage of to request reversion of the songs' ownership. He missed the window and is wondering if he can find a way to regain ownership of these songs.
